MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Liz!

A certified Overe® Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner and Energy Healer, Human Design Reader, 6/2 Projector, Intuitive Guide, Natural Connector and Founder of KINKOMA™ - with a story that’s been anything but linear!

I created KINKOMA as a sanctuary for the soul, a place to support deep, lasting transformation from the inside out, just as I’ve experienced, many times over.

My lived experience with grief, complex trauma, neurodivergence and burnout taught me what no training ever could. It’s what allows me to see people deeply and walk beside them as they return to themselves. I carry my mum’s spirit with me in everything I do. Her love lives on through me and in every space I create.

I spent nearly two decades in HR at companies like Paramount Pictures, Koala, MTV, Nickelodeon, and FremantleMedia. On paper, it looked impressive (and it definitely was fun at times!) but I never truly felt like myself.

It wasn’t until my neurodivergence diagnosis, discovering my Human Design and Overe® Energy Healing, that things started to finally make sense. Turns out I wasn’t lazy, lost, or broken, I was just a neurodivergent Projector in late-stage burnout with deep emotions and limiting beliefs that were never mine to begin with. Who knew?

I now help others rise out of burnout, release old stories and return to their most authentic selves. I create spaces where people feel safe to reconnect, reclaim their truth and truly live - I absolutely love it!
