With almost two decades in HR working for global creative industries, I’ve seen what burnout looks like from the inside. Now I integrate Human Design, somatic practices and embodied modalities into practical strategy, helping people make clearer decisions, increase their energy and create sustainable change grounded in self trust.

Instead of pushing harder, my clients learn how to self regulate and lead from coherence rather than reactivity. The shifts are often subtle, but the results profound, leading to clearer communication, stronger boundaries, renewed energy, grounded leadership and relationships that feel true.

My journey through grief, burnout and my own reinvention taught me what no textbook ever could. It’s what allows me to see people deeply and create spaces where they feel safe + supported back to themselves with clarity, deep self acceptance, understanding and most importantly, love.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the ocean collecting shells (my happy place!), learning to DJ, creating art or adventuring in nature.
